FREE SERVICE LABOR INFORMATION

When customer purchases a Scag lawnmower, a Simplicity lawnmower, or a Husqvarna lawnmower from Keene Small Engine a “free service labor” warranty for normal service labor, will be added at no additional charge. The manufacturer warranty applies in full. The “free service labor” warranty covers labor for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase and is good only on new equipment purchased from Keene Small Engine.

Keene Small Engine will do “normal service labor” at no charge for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes blade sharpening on or off the machine. Normal charge for on the machine is $8.00/blade, $6.00/blade off the machine. This free labor warranty is for normal maintenance only. Labor necessary for damage done to machine by customer would be at normal shop labor rate. Normal list price would apply for all parts and fluids. We will also install accessory parts purchased from Keene’s during that 2-year period at no charge for labor. It is the customer’s responsibility to get the machine to Keene’s for service. At this time we do offer a pickup & deliver service. For customers within a 15-mile radius of our shop the charge is $40 one way/$80 round trip. For customers further away an additional amount would be charged each way. The terms of this policy are subject to change.
